- Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.
- Local Shipping (Singapore)
Courier: Ninja Van
Delivery Time: 3–5 business days after dispatch
Shipping Fee: SGD 5.00
Please ensure all delivery details are entered correctly at checkout. - International Shipping
We use a few couriers to ship your item. You will be given a tracking number issued by the courier. If you have any questions regarding the status of your shipping (after the item has shipped out of our warehouse), please contact the courier company directly. - Order Tracking
Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email.
You may also track your parcel directly through the designated courier company. - Missed Deliveries and Address Errors
If a delivery attempt fails or the address provided is incorrect, the parcel may be returned to us.
Customers will be responsible for any re-delivery or redirection fees incurred.
- Please note that Maison Ellure is not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses or for any fault that is attributed to the courier company.
